Windows 10: Can't get update history, settings not working

    Can't get update history, settings not working


    I have WIN 10 Home version 1903 OS 18362.1082 on an HP all in one computer 64 bit


    On Monday, 9/21 at 9:30PM I installed some updates and computer shut down. Got message next day updates needed to continue. I changed in Advanced settings to postpone until Sept 28.


    Today when I go to Settings and try to get history of WIN 10 updates I get a constant whirly dots, no history.


    Keep getting message to upgrade to WIN 10 version 2004. ALSO keep seeing warnings on the web that version 2004 comes packed with problems and Microsoft just withdrew it??


    This is why I hate Windows 10. Constant updates, constant hassles, constant SET this MS product as default, buy OFFICE, bla bla bla.


    Please, can ANYONE help me solve this problem? I DO NOT WANT TO UPGRADE TO VERSION 2004
