Windows 10: Can't get windows update to from Windows 10 to Windows 11

I have tried several online fixed to try and get passed the "sorry we're having trouble determining if your pc can run windows 11" and I get the error 0x90070003 as well. But I checked Secure Boot, UEFI, and CSM. I believe they are all enabled as well. I also at some point was never able to make Windows 10 Updates. I am tech savvy and used to be in computer repair, but this one has me stumped. Any help would nbe appreciated.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
