Windows 10: Can't get wired Skullcandy S2IMY Inked Headphones to run on Windows 10

I have a new Dell Inspiron 14 7000 2 - in - 1, running Windows 10. I cannot get my wired Skullcandy S2IMY Inked headphones to work. Do I need a driver?

Skullcandy hesh 2 wireless headphones

I have been using the skullcandy hesh 2 wireless headphones for a few months and recently whenever I connect them wirelessly they play music through the phone speaker instead of the headphones however it works when I use the headphone wire to connect it.
It shows it is connected at the top wirelessly but for some reason it is not working. Please help me and other people who have this issue.

Not sure if this is the right section but, does anyone own any skullcandy headphones? I just got a pair and the 3.5mm jack lead looks rather flimsy, does anyone have any experience of it breaking or leaving only one side with sound?
