Windows 10: can't get xfiniity screen off my laptop

https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/i'm sorry to bother you with this but the above has been sitting on my laptop for at least three days. It's not a downloaded app but part of their atrocious chatbot for assistance. It never goes away even when I close chrome or the laptop. what can i do to get rid of it. Can't get rid of it by clicking on the X in upper right hand corner when it's minimized either. It is an enormous window and takes up the whole screen. After I close out everything else, it's still there.there was't an appropriate subheaadiing that i could find for this pest.Thank you

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

 

Looking for help with laptop screen

It's quite easy to replace a screen, try to find a disassembly guide for the specific model of laptop so you have a step by step indication of where to take screws out and what clips to unclip. There might be some youtube videos as well. Always make sure the replacement screen is compatible as there can be different connectors.

 

Hp laptop screen won’t display except occasionally

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?
