Windows 10: Can't Go Into Windows After Hibernation

Hi, when I try to wake my computer from hibernation by pressing keyboard or mouse movement, my BIOS screen pops up, but then the screen goes blank with some hard drive activity. After that, I have to power off with my power button, then turn on with the power button to get into windows; I assume I am forcing a full shutdown when I do this. Clearly windows is detecting the mouse and keyboard motion to begin the waking from hibernation.When I send a Wake On Lan packet, the computer wakes up fine. I've made sure that I have the updated keyboard and mouse drivers or at least the ones rec
