Windows 10: Can't hear anyone after Windows 10 update

Hello,I have updated my Windows 10 Pro on 09.07.2024Since then I can't hear anyone in voice chat softwares like Discord or TeamSpeak. Everything else is mostly working fine, but sometimes whole audio goes muffled and robotic.Everyone else can hear me just fine. I have only one audio device mini-jack headphonesWhat I've tried so far:- Restore Windows- Reinstall Windows- BIOS update- Manually update audio drivers- Checked volumes and default/realtek devicesStill nothing.Does anyone have an idea?Kind regards,Chris

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Step 1:

I suggest you enable settings in the Playback Devices and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the speaker icon on your taskbar.
• Select Playback Devices.
• Click on the Playback Devices and right click on the
  Speakers/Headphones.
• Check mark on the Show Disabled Devices and
  Show Disconnected Devices.

If the issue persists the follow the below step.
