    Can't identify the issue! Several Applications that are in dark modes show weird white...


    So because I have several different applications that got into this problem, I believe this is a Windows setting issue. And I can't seem to properly describe the problem to find an answer online. Here's an overview of the issue:basically, when I hover my mouse over / click on something, things like this happen. White glitches Dots around words. Is it a display issue or something?

    Dark mode shows white horizontal bar

    Dark mode has some issues in the latest feature update. The fixes that I know of (not sure if it would work for you)

    Try Restarting the explorer process in Task manager

    Re apply Dark mode after switching to light.

    If that does not help I would suggest you to roll back to 1803.

    Title bars of applications still white even with dark mode

    This is the first relevant result I get when searching for the problem.

    The issue is still a problem what can we do about it ?????

    Its a super annoying issue that needs addressing dark mode is pretty pointless if apps have a super bright blinding bar of white amongst all your dark-themed apps with black title bars.

    Using accent colour on your app title bars is not the solution.

    Dark mode

    Because of low vision I have to use Dark Mode to view all text. White text on a

    black background is the only format I can use on my PC, iPhone & iPad. Currently

    I am using a Windows 7 desktop in High Contrast Black. This lets me view emails, Word docs

    and Excel in “Dark Mode”. However, to print a normal (black text on white) page I

    have to change to High Contrast White.

    From my IOS 13.6 iPhone/iPad’s Dark Mode I can print a normal page without

    leaving Dark Mode. I want to change to a Windows 10 desktop with the same Dark

    Mode print capabilities as I have on my iPhoe/iPad. Unfortunately, many Apps are

    not Dark Mode friendly forcing frequent toggles to “Invert Colors” If Word/Excel are

    not Built-in Windows 10 Apps will I have the same Dark Mode print issues I have in

    Windows 7? Thanks.
