Windows 10: Can't install adobe reader when acrobat is installed.

I have adobe acrobat installed. I would like to install adobe reader so I can test how clients would view the form I've created. When I try to install the reader on my Windows 11 PC it says it's already installed but there is no reader in my apps list.

I discovered that lo and behold, my inability to open Adobe Acrobat Reader is not related to having Kaspersky Internet Security installed on my computer. I deinstalled Kaspersky and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader and the same problem is there. As a
last step, I will deinstall Malwarebytes and Adobe Acrobat Reader and reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader and just verify that there is no interaction between the 2 programs. I think I am going to end up working with Adobe to resolve the problem which I don't
look forward to.

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you have issues with acrobat reader, we would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the application.

• To uninstall, type appwiz.cpl
• Right click adobe acrobat reader and then Uninstall
  it.

You may also check for the reader app in store and then install it.
