Windows 10: cant install any program off the internet

so i reinstalled windows 10 pro fresh and now i cant install any program of the internet.
i tryed everything but it doesnt work.
it always said that 'cant connect to download center'
if u find anything that can fix this problem i apreciate.

update:
i remembered that i was able to install opera for some reason.
that program and steam.
maybe it has something to do with my harddrive cause when i tryed to install skype it didnt automaticly set to my harddrive

I created the new account and it had no problems as the admin one had, then I could install adwcleaner and malwarebytes on it and run the scan. The scan found some harmful files and I removed them. After that I tried installing programs in the admin account
and it worked! OneDrive is also working perfectly from now, maybe these harmful files were blocking any installation process in admin account as they were located at some admin folders. If you want the reports from the scans tell me how to get them and I will
post it for you.

Glad to hear it Leandro.

Be sure to also check your browsers Add-On's and Extensions to see that the scans properly removed anything other than Flash, a Reader helper, Silverlight, or anything else you know for sure you use
in your browser because you installed it.

Monitor Task Manager>Startup and msconfig>Services after Hiding All MS Services to make sure no freeloaders sneak in. Nothing is needed except a sync program, flash updater and anything you cannot wait to start yourself because you need it running for you
at Startup. Defender doesn't list there so no worries about AV.

When you run AdwCleaner and it cleans up, there is a small tutorial that explains how 90% of infection happens. Those who heed it rarely get infected again.

If you do get infected again I'd add the cheap Real Time protection from Malwarebytes alongside Defender and no one ever gets infected again who I've had do this. You can reinstall MBAM to trial it for 30 days to see how it suits you.

 

Some things you need:
Plenty of space on your drive, and no more than ONE antivirus (if you have more, remove them).

You need the most recent driver release for your LAN or Wi-Fi (depending on what you're using: wired or wireless, respectively). You can find the best one from your computer/motherboard manufacturer. If you can't download it, use another computer and transfer to this one with a USB stick.

You need to check your computer with your antivirus program for any malware. The scan can take a while, but if you can, choose the full scan.

i have 80 gigabytes of space and i have a malware and a ativirus
and im gonna get the new driver and see if it gonna help

my drivers are all new i can download whatever i want i just cant install them

If you can download, but you aren't able to install, then it probably isn't driver related. Something is up with your system itself. So after you scanned with your antivirus, try these steps:

DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image - Windows 10 Forums
*(use this command: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth)

SFC Command - Run in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums
*(after completed, if there are any errors fixed or not fixed, restart the computer and do it again. Up to 3 times, let me know the results)

afther i finish scannow it says that windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations.
and with DISM i tryed it twice and i still cant install any programs. or i have to redownload them?

maybe it has to do with my recovery being stuck at 99 procent?
cause after that i turned off and on my computer ant it worked perfectly

 

Is your computer currently working? Or is it still having difficulty?
