Cant install Anything // I keep getting this Message

All i am trying to do is find a good EZ screenShot app for Desktop

so i have installed Lightshot Snagit and icecream Recorder when trying to install all i get is this

1. What is the model number of the laptop?
   
2. Is this an external/internal webcam?
   
3. If it’s an external webcam, may I know the make and model of the webcam?

Method 1: Run the Hardware Troubleshooter

The Hardware Troubleshooter is an automated tool which checks the hardware connected to the computer for any known issues and provides the details on how to fix them. Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter.

        Open Control Panel.
        
      • 
        Type “Troubleshooting” in the search bar and press “Enter”.
        
      • 
        In the “Troubleshooting” window, click on “View All” on the left pane.
        
      • 
        Click on “Hardware and Devices”.
        
      • 
        Click on “Advanced” and then click on “Run as Administrator”.
        
      • 
        Click “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
        

Now, check if you are able to print. If the issue persists, then I would suggest you to go ahead with the next method.

Method 2:

Run the Printer troubleshooter and check if you are get an error.

Method 3:

Uninstall the Printer driver software from the computer and remove the connectivity that you have with the printer from the computer.

Once the printer driver is uninstalled, restart the computer and install the software and check if you are able to print the documents.

Intel X58 Chipset Moves from B-2 to B-3 Stepping in April

Intel will be moving its current high-end X58 chipset to B-3 stepping, the company announced in a recent official notification to motherboard makers. The IOH (I/O Hub) component of the Intel X58 Express chipset is converting from the current B-2 stepping to the new B-3 stepping. This step will require manufacturers to do a re-qualification, although both revisions are pin-to-pin compatible. No modifications or changes in the design of current motherboards will be needed for the new chipset stepping. First batch of B-3 X58 silicon will become available to board manufacturers on April 10th. The B-3 chipset marking will be replaced from SLGBT to SLGMX.
