    Can't install cumulative updates, error 0x80073701


    My current OS Version is 19041.867 KB5000802 2004 and I haven't been able to install any form of cumulative security updates from then on. I've been trying to install KB5004945 but to no avail. Windows Defender updates work perfectly fine and other updates as well. I've tried using the Windows update troubleshooter, downloading manually from the catalog, using DISM, etc. None of those things have been working. I reviewed my CBS file and I think it's a package/feature that is missing, presumably a language pack. Can you help me find what these packages are?My CBS file states:2021-07-09 18:4
