    Can’t Install Dead Cells (0x80070520)


    I’m trying to install Dead Cells from Game Pass but a few seconds after i hit install it gives the error code in the title. I’ve downloaded games from Game Pass both before and after i tried downloading Dead Cells and it works fine for those. I tried everything on the “Troubleshoot game installations on a Windows 10 Device” page, i’ve tried the windows store troubleshooter, and even reseting the stores cache using wsreset.exe, and it still won’t download. Is there anyway to fix this?

    • Are you also getting error 0x80070520?
    • On which version and build of Windows 10 is your device running?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    To know the version and OS build, press Windows key + S, type
    winver, and press Enter.

    To go out from safe mode, right-click on Start > click Run > type msconfig > press Enter>
    under Boot tab, uncheck Safe boot >
    Restart.

    To help you reset your statistics in Free Cell, we suggest you to perform the following steps below:

    • Close the Microsoft Solitaire Collection (if it is open).
    • In the File explorer go to: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\UserData\Guest\Statistic\
    • Rename Statistic.ark as old-Statistics.ark.
    • Run the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. The statistics will be back to 0.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
