Windows 10: Can't install DirectX9 Tue, 2024 July 16

I can't install DirectX 9 because the link to such file can't be accessed saying *Internal Server Error* while the other said *Download is no longer available*. I am trying to run an old game that requires directx9 as it said after that *dx3d9_43.dll is missing. Reinstalling this program might fix the problem* and same goes to the D3DCompiler and dx3d9_47.dll.1 I checked my DirectX version and it is currently Version 12. Though its funny as I have an old integrated Intel HD 2000 Graphic Card that doesn't support DirectX 12 but rather DirectX10 and earlier. 2 I tried checking for updates

Thanks for the suggestion .. but I am restricted to DirectX9 for now, Legacy support reasons.
