Windows 10: Can't install drivers from Acer website

I uninstalled my audio drivers for my laptop an515-55 and tried to reinstall them from the Acer website, but when I run the installer for the driver, the message "The system cannot find the path specified" shows up and the installation fails. What can I do?

Acer Aspire E380 (XP Pro installed)NO SOUND

Please help...Can't get sound

I just bought a used Acer Desktop(Model Aspire E 380). It did not come with an OS installed so I freshly installed XP Pro. I couldn't get on the internet and although I'm a noob, I know it must be a driver. I went out to their website loaded all the XP drivers. Now the internet worked but NO SOUND! I called Acer support but they would not help me because when I installed XP it voided out any warranty or support for this machine(originally manufactured with Vista). Their website for support is www.acerpanam.com I was hoping someone could walk me through step by step how to get this sound card working so I could get my sound to work.*Confused


FYI, I went to the device manager and here is where the ONLY yellow question marks are:

-? Other devices
? Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus

I think this may be the TV Card that came with the machine (I have not yet found the driver for it)

Everything else including sound, Video and Game Controller have + signs

Any help would be appreciated*Smile

 

My Acer laptop has no bluetooth, installing the drivers doesn't work

My Acer Aspire A315-56 laptop has no bluetooth and installing the drivers doesn't work. I mean the drivers listed on the Acer website.
Regarding what recent changes happened on my laptop, Windows Update gave me a firmware update yesterday by Insyde.

I'm using Windows 10 20H2

 

Acer website only shows conexant driver updates for windows 7 and 8 not 10

I suggest you to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press the ‘Windows + W’ key on the keyboard.
• Type compatibility in the search box and then press
  enter.
• Click “Run programs made for previous versions of Windows” option from the list appeared in the left side.
• Select the drivers and install.
