Windows 10: Cant install forza H4

So when I got the game it was working fine, with online etc. Then all of a sudden I was getting failed to synchronise so I played offline. Now it wouldnt even load the game, it would keep loading for ever. So I uninstalled the game with the intent to re install, but windows store greyed out the option to install. I tried re setting the store via WSRESET etc. Tried everything. I have enough space etc. Currently im in the process of re installing fresh windows. Maybe this helps. Any thoughts regarding this issue?

Please help me! I have forza h4 installed to my f drive (non windows drive) and it's taking up space on both???
