Windows 10: can't install intel hd graphics

recently went i was reordering my files personal files, not program files my laptop screen randomly turn off, so i force shut down my laptop and i started it again i thought it was a glitch. and when it was booting there is a text, the text says "automatic repair". and i tried startup repair, i tried the command prompt commands and it didn't do anything. so i assumed it was windows that is broken. so i downloaded windows 10 to my usb. and the problem was fixed, but i realize that my laptop can't adjust the brightness, and using 64hz and no option to 240hz and when i play games at fullscreen it only run at 5fps but when i play windowed it can run above 100fps. so i checked my device manager and my display adapter is microsoft basic display, so i downloaded intel hd graphic 630 from msi website. and when i install intel hd graphic my screen went to black so i force shut it down and went to safe mode and change the display adapter back to microsoft basic.

i already search like 20 website to do this do that and i tried it, and it didn't do anything


my laptop is msi gs65se

spec:

cpu: i7 9th gen

gpu: rtx2060

memory: 16gb

• Have you installed all the pending updates on your system?

• Have you made any changes on your system, prior to this issue?

• Are you facing this issue on the Microsoft account or a local account?

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the system and login to the either administrator account or the Microsoft account to check, if that helps.

Let’s try to uninstall, download and reinstall the latest display drivers from the manufacture’s website:

If your Intel Graphics card is one of the following :

try this, it works for many people:


1.- Download from this site the beta zip file (win64_154012.zip), and not the exe file:

Download Beta Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40]

(for 32-bit download win32_154012.zip).

2.- Unzip the driver to C:\Windows\Temp folder.

3.- Right click on Start and choose Device Manager, Display adapters,
Intel(R) HD Graphics Family.

4.- Double click to open it (or right click and choose Properties).

5.- Click on the Driver tab and then on Update Driver.

6.- On the new tab click on Browse my computer for driver software.

7.- On the new tab click on Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

8.- On the new tab click on Have Disk.

9.- Click on Browse and then choose Windows\Temp\win64_154012\Graphics\igdlh64.inf
(igdlh32.inf for 32-bit) and click on Open and then
OK.

10..- On the new tab where Intel (R) HD Graphics Family is showing click on
Next and let the driver to install.

11.- The new Driver Version is 20.19.15.4326 and is digitally signed.

Be aware to follow step by step all the procedure and do not try to use the wizard to update the driver directly, in many cases it won’t work.

 

Intel HD Graphics, Help!!

Hello,

On my device manager under display adapters it says Intel(R) HD Graphics Family but in the adapter string it says I have Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400. Does this mean I have Graphics 4400?

If I do have Graphics 4400 I tried installing it in display adapters by

Update Driver Software - Browse my computer for driver software - Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer - Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400

But then it says the driver selected for this device does not support this version of windows

Im running a HP Probook 430 G2 with 64-bit Windows 10 Pro.

Could I get help on how to install this.
