Windows 10: Cant install java on my device

So a few days ago i tried to launch minecraft and it gave me a :Could not create Java Virtual Machine Fatal Exeption has occured error.Alot of sites suggested i reinstall java so i unistalled it using java uninstall tool,Then when i tried to install the new bversion it gave the same error multiple times even though dont have java yet.I tried incresing the memmory for java apps,tried resetting the Home And Path in the enviromental setitng nothing worked did a cleanup with cccleaner taht didnt work either.

• What is the issue you are facing while trying to install Java?

I install JAVA, but JAVA programs claim there is no JAVA installed??

From your log:

I think you need to edit system variables path.

Remove C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath;" and replace with C:\Program Files\Java\jre-9.0.4\bin

• If you've downloaded the 32-bit or 64-bit type of Java.
• If you've already tried downloading the installer using other browsers.
• If you've already tried restarting your device after installing Java.

In the meantime, we'd recommend performing a clean boot in Windows to isolate software conflicts that occur when installing a program. To perform a clean boot in Windows, you can perform the steps posted on this

Note: Once you're done troubleshooting using the clean boot environment, you'd need to revert your device to normal boot. To do this, check the How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting section of the link.
