can't install KB4338819

Odd KB4338819 issue

Hello, I tried to install the update KB4338819, but on the first time, it was stuck on 68% installation, so I physically reset PC, made a chkdsk, retried the update, and all went fine.

But now, in the update chronology it's showed as (KB4338819) (2).

Why there is the number 2? This is the first time I have this issue...if it is an issue.

KB4338819 downloaded from the microsoft update catalog with error 0x800f0922 .

First time was through windows update, after that failed at 95 % with message, we could not install updates, rolling back.

Download KB4338819 on another pc and it installed fine as well as the flash player and malicious software removal tool.

2tb c drive with 999gb free so not a space issue but two partitions exist, f 455mb and h 2gb (part of c).

This pc is on a local account but getting daily messages to log in to a microsoft account.

I have the same exact issue. After running the Diagnostic Tool in Settings, still failed to resolve. I also tried the "fix" listed on Youtube for resolving WU issues by disabling WU, then wnt to Software Distribution Folder > Downloads the deleted the
files as per the video. Then changed WU properties to Manual, checked for Updates, got KB4338819, DL at 10% but got same message during Restart sequence "We couldn't complete the Updates. Undoing Changes" . Bug laden update? I am rumming Win 10 Home, V1803,
Build 17134.112
