    I have spent too much time trying to install the kb5003173 update: Windows Update gives me an error during the 100% installing. I have tried:- rebooting of course- using the system troubleshooter- using the dism.exe command as suggested in the official pages- installing the standalone update from the Windows CatalogSo...I think that's e

    Local account installation question


    I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

    The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are
    • Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
    • No Internet connection during the install
    • static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
