Windows 10: Can't install KB5016616. Error 0x800f0900

Windows Update cannot install the update.My Win 10 build is 19044.1865.I have already done:1 Windows Update Troubleshooter2 in cmd: sfc /scannow3 manual installation of KB no success4 in cmd: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestorehealthDISM cannot run through because it uses build 19041 from Feb 2021, but I have build 19044 from June 2022. Therefore DISM gives the error code 0x800f081f.

0x800f0900 Update Error

Hello, SnowCalibur1Neely.

I recommend the steps below:

• Step 1
  
  Uninstall your antivirus
  

• Step 2
  
  Delete temporary files from previous installations
  
  Press Windows + R keys to open the Run Menu;
  
  In the Run Menu, type CleanMgr and click Ok;
  
  Click Clean System Files;
  
  Select a drive where the system is installed;
  
  Enable all options and click Ok;
  
  Wait for completion and proceed to step 3.
  

• Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupt system files
  
  Click Start and type CMD;
  
  In the list of search results, right-click Command Prompt and click Run as Administrator;
  
  Type the following command sfc /scannow and press Enter.
  
  Wait for the scan to finish and when it's done, go to step 4.
  

• Step 4
  
  Clean boot
  
  Press Windows+R keys to open the Run Menu;
  
  In the Run Menu type Msconfig and click Ok;
  
  On the General tab click Normal Startup;
  
  Click on the Services tab and select Enable All;
  
  Enable the Hide all Microsoft services option and click Disable all;
  
  Click Apply > Ok.
  

Restart the system.
