Windows 10: cant install mediacreationtool.exe on a win 11 computer

HelloI have tried to install the Media creation tool several times and I have restarted the computer several times. I have 183 GB of free space on c: still it doesn't work to install. I get error code: 0x80072EFD - 0x20000

Trying to connect to a printer that is physically on a Win 10 computer from a Win 11 computer to no avail.

5. Try connecting the printer to a different USB port on the Win 10 computer.

MediaCreationTool will not install

I need to make a system recovery media for my Win 10. I downloaded MediaCreationTool and tried to run it. It stats the install routine and I get the screen that asks if I want it to make changes to my computer, I click "yes". THen the screen goes away
and nothing happens. I am returned to the desktop, nothing is installed and it stopped running. I tried downloading it several times - same result. ANy idea what's going on and how to run it? Thanks guys.
