Windows 10: cant install microsoft games

As the title says I can't download/move/update any kind of Microsoft game. Example is Forza Horizon games, Flight simulator and basically any other MS game but the second I tried to download Starfield or Citites Skylines 2 it worked without a problem... Why is that? Tried MANY different fixes none worked...

Please try the steps given below and check if the issue persists:

Step 1:

I suggest you to right click on the game and try to run as administrator and check.

Step 2: if that doesn't help I suggest you to install game in compatibility mode and check:

Follow the steps below on how to install game in compatibility mode:

1. Download the game from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the game and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the game install and then check the functionality.

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to update the graphics card drivers. Refer to the below article to update the drivers in Windows 10.

Method 2: Install the game in compatibility mode.

Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Try this setting if you know the program is designed for (or worked in) a specific previous version of Windows. To change compatibility settings manually for a program,
right-click the program icon, click Properties, and then click the
Compatibility tab. Follow the below steps to install the game in compatibility mode.

• Right-click on the game setup file (game which you need to install again) and click on
  Properties.
• Click on the compatibility tab and check the box
  run this program in compatibility mode for and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
• Click on Apply and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.

Install Diablo 3 on Linux

Just install PlayOnLinux? Why did they make step 2 and 3 of this "tutorial"?

Anyway, looking at the supported software list for PlayOnLinux, D3 is a step in the right direction. Lack of gaming is a factor for a lot of people when deciding on an OS, if more recent games get ported it may help migrate them to their preferred choice.
