Windows 10: Cant install Microsoft XNA Framework : Error writing to file

Hi, i bought a game called stardew valley.i couldn't launch it. i did some research and found solution. the solution is installing microsoft xna framework.So i installed setup and got an error.

i tried to re-download setup and it didn't work.

Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 fails to install

I download a game and the game requires Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0. When I launch the game it begins to install but then fails, when I try to manually install i get
to the registering modules portion of the installer where it gives me an error. The error goes

Module C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\XNA\Framework\Shared\xnavisualizer.dll failed to register .HRESULT -2147024703

Then when I try to manually register xnavisualizer.dll it gives me another error saying it failed to load.
