Windows 10: Can't install Notepad

Last time, I uninstalled Notepad as all of my apps downloaded from the Microsoft Store aren't working. When I tried to install other apps it also won't work. When the problem was solved, I could download and use apps downloaded from Microsoft Store. But when I tried to install Windows Notepad back, it won't let me. I've tried to restart my device and troubleshoot Microsoft Store. It finished downloading but won't install, I've tried using the app package downloaded from https://store.rg-adguard.net/ but it also won't work.

Suggestion would be uninstall then new install on Win7. Maybe an older version would work better? A list, maybe Version 7?

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

• Open Task Manager. Here’s a tip: press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC.
• Click on Startup tab.
• Select Notepad from the list and click on Disable.

I followed your suggestion but wasn't able to find Notepad listed on the startup. There are some listed as program but don't know which ones it could be.
