Windows 10: Can't install onnline feature because it's unavailable "The feature you're trying to use is...

Greetings :It's been a long time that i keep encoutering this issue...I really have no idea how to fix this because i can't install any program that requires this "feature",and i need to fix this also because i need to install AutoCAD for school.Any help would be highly thanked.

Windows 10 21H1 Media Feature Pack Unavailable

I attempted to use PS Remote Play on my Windows 10 machine and was prompted to install the Media Feature Pack. I tried following the steps HERE for 20H1 as 21H1 is not listed, but the Media Feature pack is not listed in available features and in Windows Features, the Media Features option is selected already.

Appears that maybe Microsoft has not released a Media Feature pack for 21H1 yet. Has anyone found a work around or know a solution?

Here is a new one: a listed Application which is totally unavailable, has no name, no size, cannot be uninstalled but is listed .... It does not exist in Control panel "Programs and Features" only in the

"Apps & Features" listing of Windows Pro 10.0.10586.3

Also the trouble-shooter for windows apps finds no issue.

 

Under Settings & Features what does an unavailable app mean?


The Apps & Features list shows the applications you have installed on your system, both Windows Store app and desktop applications. By default the list is sorted by the size they occupy on the hard drive.

List also shows the date the app was last used:




In case of a Windows Store app showing size as Unavailable, it only means that you have not yet used that app since you upgraded to 10 like Mail and Calendar, Maps and Microsoft Solitaire in the below screenshot; as soon as I will use them, the Settings app can calculate their size. In case of a desktop applications Unavailable is also sometimes shown even when you have used the application but for one or another reason the Settings app cannot determine the size of the application. In screenshot below you can see Maxthon Browser, Microsoft Expression Encoder and Office 365 size as Unavailable although I use all of them on daily basis:




Short answer: Unavailable in this list simply means that the size the application is taking on your hard disk cannot be determined by the Settings app.
