Windows 10: Can't install or uninstall programs. dw20.exe pops up

Since recently everytime I try to install or uninstall something a popup saying "dw20.exe Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?"And whether I say yes or no, it does nothing. Can't install or uninstall programs at all

DW20.exe issue after upgrading t Windows 10

After upgrading my desktop to windows 10,

I have an issue with Windows Explorer continuously crashing and restarting. When I look at task manager, the process "Microsoft .Net Error Reporting Shim" continues to popup and and disappear after windows explorer restarts. Also under details, the DW20.exe
file pops up and disappears during this cycle. The known solutions for DW20.exe don't address registry structure for windows 10. Also Windows Error reporting is not a service on my system, so I can't turn off DW20.exe from services.

Any ideas??

Hi,

Everytime i want to run application as administrator, it always run DW20.EXE

for example i want to run unity3D application

Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?

DW20.EXE

if i click YES, nothing happen

it also happen when i want to update an application which it need administrator access

it will ask DW20.EXE

how to resolve this problem
