Windows 10: Can't install pen tablet driver: msimg32.dll 0xc0000020 Bad Image

Hi all!I have Pen Tablet Huion Inspiroy H640P which worked fine until something went wrong with my desktop PC. I have had couple of BSODs with different stop codes, maybe it was after recent windows updates. And then my tablet stop working. I decided to reinstall drivers but can't launch *.exe file because of an error.c:\windows\system32\msimg32.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020Just for now

Hi Guys

i picked up a virus after a complete scan on windows 10 . it claims to have effected my msimg32.dll file . i run sfc /scannow

regularlly and i get no integrity errors or warnings . if there is no integrity issues does this mean my msimg32.dll is fine .Is there anysample i can compare it against . Just dont feel comfortable with pretty much doing nothing to resolve the issue .
