Windows 10: Can't install PowerToys.

I just got a new computer and am trying to install powertoys, but every time I get the error 0x8A150006. My computer did have corrupt files, but I used the command prompt and fixed them, though it still won't install even after fixing said files. The only reason I want to install it is for the image resizer, so it's not a big deal.

I am not able to uninstall PowerToys from my system.

I installed PowerToys via Microsoft Store. There are other ways and more information listed here, out of which I chose Microsoft Store.

However, whenever I try to uninstall it, it leads me to the Control Panel, which, as I said earlier, doesn't show PowerToys in its list. I am confused because I tried these same steps on my other Microsoft Store applications, and your steps seem to be perfectly applicable to these applications.
