Windows 10: can't install samsung smart switch in windows 11

i can't install samsung smartswitch, i already try uninstall all microsoft visual c++ redistributable packages and restart, and retry install samsung smartswitch, the installshield wizard disappeared after few second, i try uninstalled my antivirus, same result

Samsung Smart Switch Sync fails in Windows 10

I have had the same problem, which lead me to this web page. I tried any number of solutions suggested here to no avail. I finally uninstalled Smart Switch and downloaded a program Kies3 from the Samsung web site. I had used this program previously
on this computer running Windows 8.1. Kies3 installed fine with Windows 10 and when I synchronized Microsoft Outlook 2010 with my Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini it performed without any problems. Kies3 may not be as fancy as Smart Switch and it may run a bit more
slowly, but it runs without crashing.
