Windows 10: Can't install specific windows apps

I guess Windows installed HEIF image extensions and realtek audio control to a different drive rather than the C drive. I removed this drive and it is gone.

Now I am not able to install HEIF image extensions and realtek audio control. The store says HEIF image extensions needs to be repaired, but repairing it gives error 0x803FB004. Realtek is uninstalled but when I try to install it, it gives error 0x80070003.

I've tried running sfc, wsreset, dism, and reinstalling windows. Nothing works. Microsoft support was unable to help, as they just told me to reinstall windows again.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Apps not installing on Windows 10

Method 1.

At first, I suggest you to check if any Windows update is pending. (If yes, install all the Windows update).

  Type update on the Windows search bar and select Check for updates.

Also, I suggest to update the Windows store manually.

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
