Windows 10: Can't Install Two Identical Printer In One PC Using different USB PORT

I Have a PC running with Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2, OS build 19045.2006 and Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0. I currently have a problem when trying to install two identical Toshiba Barcode Printer B-EX4T3. Those two printers will be printing different type of label at the same time. Before this the other pc manage to install two printers using two different port which is exampleUSB001 for printer1 and USB002 for printer2. For the new pc with latest update, it manage to install the first Printer on USB001 port. But the next attempt to install the second printer, the printer

Installing generic printer usb port not showing

Hello, yes the printer is turned on, it works fine this printer since last week I was using it with my old computer, I already try in all 3 usb ports, and in Devixe Manager it shows as "unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed).

Any suggestions?

I'm trying to install a tickets printer in Windows 10. When I select "The printer is not on the list" and try to select the port it only shows tcp and com ports (my lap is brand new and it only has usb ports) but there is not usb ports on the list.

If I only plug the printer and turn it on, windows says that ot doesn't recognize it.

I already try to install the printer with a driver that I found on the internet but it's the same problem, the instalation assitant shows 3 usb ports and it has the option of testing the ports, all 3 says not usb por found.

I have a usb fan conected and it works, I haven't try another usb device yet.

Some help please.

to a different computer.

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to create a restore point and uninstall the USB root controllers. Refer the article on
Create a system restore point
for steps to create a restore point. Follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the USB root controllers.

To do that,

1. Right click on
Start, and then click Run.

2.
In the run box, type devmgmt.msc, and then click
OK. Device Manager opens.

3.
Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.

Note: You might have to scroll down the list to find this item.

4.
Right-click the affected USB Root Hub, and then click
Uninstall to remove it.

5.
Restart the computer. After the computer starts, Windows will automatically scan for hardware changes and reinstall all the USB root hubs that you uninstalled.

Also update the chipset drivers, use the following link to download and install the chipset drivers for
