Windows 10: Can't install update KB4571756 (reverting after 98%, error code 0x800f0922)

In addition, I noticed several problems that may be associated with this:

• When I try to see the OS version in the settings, they crash
• Windows Defender crashes right after launch. Before that it started, but there were some string missing (special characters are displayed instead of variables)
• After every major update, Windows persistently removes Dolby Audio which comes with native drivers, but I'm already used to it

What I tried:

• Reinstall .NET Framework (including 3.5) components
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (no damage found, nothing to repair)
• sfc /scannow (no integrity violations found)
• Run Windows Update Troubleshooter (no problems found)
• Disable Windows Defender firewall and re-download and install the updates (by the way, after re-enabling the firewall, it started to crash at startup)
• Update all drivers from the manufacturer's official website (no updates required, all drivers are up-to-date)
• Fast Startup has already been disabled due to this issue
• Restarted all services required to install updates

I also have suspicions about the insufficient amount of space on the recovery partition (screenshot), but I do not know how to mount and clean it.

There are no hardware problems because all games, software and the OS itself work stably. The new software has not been installed recently either.

KB4571756 Fails, error code: 0x8007000d

Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x8007000d)

I'm having very much the same issue, unfortunately your solution doesn't solve the problem. I followed every step, but upon re-booting and trying to install the update with the same error code 0x800f0922.
