    Can't install/upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11


    I am trying to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and nothing I have tried works. I have done to pc health check and it says I am compatible for Windows 11. I have all of the right bios settings UEFI, TPM 2.0, CSM disabled etc. I have tried every possible way to install Windows 11 ISO file upgrade, WIndows assistant upgrade, and a fresh install of windows on a separate completely new drive that I just bought and nothing works. Whenever I try to install with the iso file or Windows assistant, it downloads and installs everything just fine then when it gets to the restart that actually en
