Windows 10: Cant install using .msi file, temp folder fix doesnt work either Error code 2503 and 2502

As im trying to install a program using a .msi file, it seems to work fine up until it says copying new files at which point it comes up with the two error messages 2502 and 2503. Gone through most fixes available but still wont work

1. Navigate to the Windows Temp folder located at c:\windows\temp.
   
2. Make sure you uncheck the read only button.
   
3. Switch to the Security Tab and choose Administrators
   
   and make sure it is highlighted.
