Windows 10: Cant install windows cumulative update version 1803 for x64 based systems error 0x800706be

Discus and support Cant install windows cumulative update version 1803 for x64 based systems error 0x800706be in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; So I am having this issue where when I try to install that update I just get an error code 0x800706be.     So I am having this issue where when I try to install that update I just get an error code 0x800706be. Can anybody help me?

    I recently had to restore my windows 10 from an earlier backup and that's when this started. How do I resolve the windows update

    The windows update has not worked since that time.

    Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

    Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.
