Windows 10: Can't install windows. Error code 0xc0000185

I don't know wth happened. I was using my computer and suddenly it switched off and was showing it was fixing my C drive(I am have 1 hdd divided into two drive). I thought that it was something to do with the power shut down. Then after it completed its repair my pc shut downed. When I switched on windows didn't load. Only the bios was on the loop(the motherboard symbol came and it restarts again) . I then reset my bios to default and again tried nothing helped. I then open my pc and took the CMOS battery and put it again on the Mobo. The problem didn't solve.

I booted my old pc and downloaded windows 10 and copied it in my bootable pendrive and booted in my current pc then. There was this error popped after the installation of windows is complete. I formatted my hard drive , tried diagnosing the disk(after diagnosing this error error showed while booting. I also tried my internet fix, even tried easy re.

Please tell if it's a problem on my hardware I could easily change it as I have the warranty.

Error code 0xc0000185 can be caused by damaged or corrupted startup files or errors on the hard disk. Did the issue happen while updating your Windows 10 device?

Pressing Enter will instruct Windows to automatically fix the boot problem. Should the issue continue, you can use a Windows 10 installation media as stated in your screenshot. You can create one using the
Media Creation Tool installed on a different machine.
