    Can't install windows on my new pc


    Pc freezes on motherboard logo or the windows logo everytime i try to install windows from my usb stick. I have formatted the usb and downloaded the windows installer. The windows installer works on my laptop so the usb is not the problem. The nvme ssd that is in the pc is also recognized. I have tried many different bios settings but every time i click boot from the uefi usb the motherboard logo pops up and just freezes. Booting from another ssd that already has windows installed also doesnt work so i think problem lays within the motherboard. I have also tried different settings like uefi only or legacy only. I have tried every single usb port. I have swapped the ram sticks and only used 1. Does anybody know what i could try next?

    Motherboard: gigabyte aorus b550 pro v2 Ssd: samsung 970 evo 1tb Cpu: amd ryzen 5600x Gpu: 3060 ti Ram: gskill 16gb 3600mhz

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

    I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
