    Can't install Windows Store games on certain drives


    As the title says, I can't install Windows Store games on certain drives.

    This has been an issue since I upgraded my PC and reinstalled Windows. I just reformatted my C: drive and simply kept using my other drives, so all the files stayed.

    Most of my secondary drives will not let me install Windows Store games on them, while others will, and I can not find any reason or indicator why.

    Also when I tell Windows to install new apps onto the affected drives it just gives me an error saying to try again later, with the following error code: 0x80070005.

    I figured out that code means "access denied" but I have no idea how to fix it, without formatting the affected drives, which in total store over 2TB of data.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    I'm sorry if the steps mentioned on the link didn't work.

    I would suggest you try the steps provided by Greg Carmack on this link:

    Hope one of the steps mentioned will fix the issue.

    I am having a weird problem involving the Windows Store on the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. If I try to install certain games like Forza Motorsport 6 Apex or Killer Instinct, the appstore crashes. I can install other apps just fine, but for some reason,
    trying to install those specific games crashes the Windows Store. The event viewer lists exception code 0xc000027b.
