Windows 10: Can't Install Windows Updates: KB5010342, And KB5010415

I am trying to install these updates and every time at 96-99% it fails and says "We could not complete the update undoing changes". someone please help

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

"Update KB5010415 Preview for Windows 10 Version 21H2, 21H1 and 20H2" - preview update already two weeks early?

What did they break on Tuesday that warrants this or why is it two weeks early, I'm left wondering *Confused ?

I wouldn't install a preview update without having a reason to do so.

The only reference I can currently find (Chinese website) :
