Windows 10: Can't Install Winzip

I'm the only user set as Administrator which should allow me install software.





So why do I get this message?





In all the months that I've been using the pre-release versions of Windows 10 having installed & re-installed many programs including WinZip, I've never seen this before of been prevented from installing a program.

The only way around the problem was to run the installer as Administrator; something that I've not had to do before.

Impossible to remove write protection from folder

Hello,

I bought an external 2TB hard-drive to make backup (with Winzip).

But whatever I do, Winzip can't write on the hard-disk. It doesn't have authorization.

When I make a folder manually, the folder is write protected and Winzip cannot use it either.

It is not really write protected since I can move files in it manually, but Winzip can't.

The write protected attribute is on the folders I make. I try to remove them, yet next time I check, they are back on.

I tried to go to security tab, give everything "full control", no change.

What can I do?
