Windows 10: Can't interact with BitLocker on a tablet PC.

My tablet PC can't interact with the BitLocker screen. I can't type or click on anything. I didn't know this service existed, I didn't ask for it, and now I can't even use my computer.Microsoft won't let me contact humans to whom I can explain my situation. I'm forced to communicate with robots that repeat solutions I can't make use of until they hang up on me eventually hang up on me.You're a multi-trillion dollar monopoly, the least you can do is hire some staff to support your customers that have no alternatives.

BITLOCKER on tablet

Please help or suggestion for tablet TA100HAN COD = F9NOCY801698399 CN: 9091. This tablet is blocked and asked for the BITLOCKER code. A very long code of numbers and letters appears on the screen but BITLOCKER only accepts digits:

C680A7ED-915C-433F-8562-13F894E85FE7

Updated tablet-pc and now it is asking for bitlocker id.

I chose to update and shut down my tablet, when i started it it is asking for a bitlocker id. I went into my microsoft acct and tried all the former bitlocker id’s there without success… i have lost access to everything in my tablet-pc. Please help. I cant even get to my homepage to disable bitlocker.

 

Tablet Mode doesn't automatically turn on

We suggest you to follow the below steps to make the tablet mode permanent:

• Click start and select settings.
• Select settings and then select tablet mode.
• Now you have different options to choose from, please choose settings that suits you.
