Windows 10: Can't link android device to windows account

I followed all of the instructions on https://account.microsoft.com/devices?fref=home.drawers.devices.warm-add-device to add an android device. It still shows as "0 devices linked" on https://account.microsoft.com/devices/android-ios Short version, I have Link to Windows/Your phone active and working- it shows pictures, messages and I can link to the phone screen. I installed microsoft edge, microsoft launcher and microsoft office 365 with excel, outlook, word, etc. on the phone, which all work and I am logged in to the same windows account on the phone and the computer.However,

Shawn, Thx for taking the time to reply. However I think it's far more complicated than that. I have a Windows phone too and that shows in my account and could be deleted in the manner suggested but Android phones do not as far as I know show up in your
list of devices in your account. They can only be viewed in the new after Creators Fall Update "Phones" which is accessed from the main Settings menu, note Windows phones do not show here. Clicking on the device whether left or right has no effect the only
option is to unlink the device. That's the point of my question, if I unlink a device and add a new device both the old and new devices appear in the list of linked phones.

Enrolling Android Device in Intune - Google Account?

After doing my own research it appears this depends on what kind of Android device you want to enroll. Starting with:

• Set up Android Enterprise work profile enrollments
• Set up Android Enterprise dedicated device enrollments
• Set up Android Enterprise fully managed enrollments

In my case, I wanted to enroll a fully-managed device:

Enroll Android Enterprise dedicated, fk profile dev <meta propertmeta propertyrosoft.com/endicated-devica property=

According to the above documentation:

*Admins or users are to: (5) On the Google sign-in screen, enter afw#setup instead of a Gmail account, and then choose
NEXT.*

The next step is to scan or input the Android enrollment token - Intune blade (Azure portal) > Device enrollment - Android enrollment > Android enrollment (under Manage) > Corporate-owned, fully managed user devices (Preview)
