Windows 10: Can't link my win10 license to Windows account

Hello guys,


In the next few days I will be changing my CPU and Motherboard so I am trying to link my win10 license to my Microsoft account.

I was following the instructions but I don't have an Add account option in the Activision tab.

This is my only Administrator account on my PC and I am signed in with the Microsoft account.

The digital license will automatically be linked when you sign in to Windows 10 with your Microsoft account.

At step 2, what does it show for you in Activation on the right side?

What build of Windows 10 do you currently have installed?

Starting in build 14371, if you see this part highlighted in yellow below in Settings -> Update & security -> Activation from step 7 in the tutorial posted above, then the PC's digital license is linked to your MSA.
