Windows 10: can't load into windows 10 anymore

I enabled windows 10 insider program a few weeks ago, and ever since then I've been having issues when restarting the computer, but am able to always restore to a previous install by restarting and going into the troubleshoot mode.

However, today I tried all the options but could not fix the issue. Here are the steps:

1. When restarting, I get a green screen with following message: "Your Windows Insider Build ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some info and restart for you."
2. After restarting, it goes into Automatic Repair, but the Automatic Repair fails and tells me " Your PC did not start correctly. You can also press Advanced Options to try other options to repair your PC.

3. This cycle continues till I go into Advanced Options -> Troubleshoot
4. The first option I tried is Startup Repair, but that failed.

5. Then I tried Startup Settings, and "Enable Safe Mode with Networking". That also fails to load into safe mode by giving me the same green screen as in step 1 and the Automatic Repair, Troubleshoot cycle continues.

6. Then I tried Uninstall updates by trying to uninstall both Feature and Quality updates, but that also fails with the error: "We ran into a problem and won't be able to uninstall the latest feature update of Windows. Try resetting your PC instead"

7. Then I tried restoring the pc to a previous restore point, but that also fails.

8. Finally I tried resetting the PC and both the options to Reset from the Cloud and restting from local device also end in failure.

I am out of ideas on what to do next and any help would be appreciated.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
