Windows 10: Cant load my wallpaper. Won't load on my screen.

im having issues with my w2allpapere downloadingto my computer. anyone know what I can do.

Starcraft 2 Loading Screens

Here are some nice loading screens , I opted JPEG but i did the best quality i could , it's still not the same but it looks about the same without zoom. (originals are textures)

 

Long Loading Time for Lock Screen

I've tried all of the steps that you've given me. Unfortunately, none of them made a difference except for the clean boot step. It didn't completely solve the problem, however I did notice a
slightly faster load time for the lock screen. However, it still takes an unusually long time to load it. Any other suggestions?

Hi

I am trying to download Sims 4,

It downloaded then installed correctly,

but now it won`t open coming up with the message.

"rld.dll won`t load" or "rld.dll was unable to load"

please tell me how to resolve this issue!
