Windows 10: Can't load or boot, windows just hanged and i am stucked too

Peace be upon you guys.

I am using Dell latitude E6420 lap. Actually my lap battery died. On this case now i am using direct method to power up. Several days before while on working power cut here. And lap also gone hard shutdown. After that occasion Windows shows crack reports. So we try to install Windows again. By the way it's won't load or taken a boot from cd or any other removable device. If we boot from cd or other, windows dot cirle appeard and black screen comes. Rarely "preparing to automatic repair" shows up and back to black screen again... please if you have any solution..

Hang while loading taskbar at boot

Before blaming it on a system service, I would definitely disable your startup apps. 99% of all 'hanging at your desktop during boot' problems are related to apps that load with Windows. The other 1% either being system services, corrupt files, viruses or a mixture of the three.

Start -> Run -> type MSCONFIG. Under 'Startup Selection', click "Diagnostic Startup", Apply & then OK. Reboot. If the problem stops, there is something loading at Windows boot that is causing this. If it still continues, it may be a system service as you said.

To check for system service errors (and their causes), right click "My Computer" -> Manage -> Event Viewer -> System. Look for any Errors (noted by a big red X). You can check the causes of the errors by right clicking on each one and selecting Properties. Note the error code that it lists and either post it here or Google for it. But make sure that the time code on the error matches the exact time that you are seeing these hangs during boot.

Slow load,system hang


Having problems on my W10 desktop PC. Booting up the system was hanging at login screen after entering in my p/w. Made it past the login screen and able to get to desktop, AV and other apps begin to load and everything seems to hang. Brought up task manager and it just froze as well. Restarted a few times and it just appears to be stuck in this loading state. 4790K, ASrock z97 Extreme 6/3.1, Samsung 850 Evo, H110i. I was trying to start getting this still rather new build dialed in. Reset everything in UEFI to default. Any tips/suggestions?

Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....
