  1. Can’t load *some* websites

Hi guys, I’m setting up my pc to go to uni in an few days, I’ve had it for a while but it’s been set up at a different house, it’s at my place right now and I’ve found that I can load some websites and when I try to load others it says “webitename.com’s server IP address could not be found”

I’ve tried some troubleshooting on the internet and nothing has worked, I have changed my ipv4 dns server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, I’ve also flushed my dns in Cmd and nothing I can find works.

If it makes any difference at the left of my search bar the websites I can’t load have an ! Which says my connection to this site is not secure, whereas websites I can load say it is secure.

Also it could be important to note that applications I have on my pc(Spotify, discord etc) do not connect either, the only thing that does is some websites.

It could just be a hardware problem bc this pc had not problems with the Ethernet at the other house, just this one when I plugged it in today.

This really has me stressed this close to uni so any help would be appreciated, thanks!
