Windows 10: Can't load windows iso to fix error code 0xc0000185

Hi, recently I tried to boot up my computer and I suddenly got the blue screen error with error code 0xc0000185 and sometimes 0xc0000225.I downloaded from another computer windows 10 iso and with rufus "burned" it to DOK to use the recovery tool,I tried to boot up form the usb and got the error - "BIOS/LEGACY OF UEFI ONLY MEDIA".So, I tried two things:1. Disable priority to CSM and legacy - which I couldn't find in my BIOS.2. Make the DOK MBR BIOS and not GPT UEFI with rufus. After I tried booting from the usb I got the error "A disk read error occurred. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart".What c

Error code 0xc0000185 can be caused by damaged or corrupted startup files or errors on the hard disk. Did the issue happen while updating your Windows 10 device?

Pressing Enter will instruct Windows to automatically fix the boot problem. Should the issue continue, you can use a Windows 10 installation media as stated in your screenshot. You can create one using the
Media Creation Tool installed on a different machine.
