Windows 10: Can't log in after 20 minutes with an Opps, something went wrong

OK, so I'm activating a new laptop for the first time with Windows 10, I've already got a desktop with Windows 10 on it, and I get to the log in screen, enter in all the information that I need to enter, and then after clicking next first username and then the pass, then clicking final next, I get a please wait and spinning dots, that right there lasts for around 20 or so minutes and then I get the line "Opps, something went wrong" and then I try once again, and end up in a time loop all because it won't get access to the server and no it's not network, I was working on wifi, but then swi

Opps Something Went Wrong Netflix Error, I keep getting this on the app in Windows 10. Any ideas?

 

Windows 7 low on memory during 20 minutes after startup!

Since a few months I have suddely a problem with my Windows 7 desktop:

During the first 15-20 minutes after startup it is having all kinds of low memeory problems:

• error messages "Your computer is low on memory. Close programs....
• browser windows crashing
• applications closing themselves down

After these 1-20 minutes, the problem disappears.

Any idea what is going wrong?

Wifi connection cutting off every 20 minutes

My internet is turning itself off about every 20 minutes, and I have to go to the network and sharing center and run troubleshoot wifi connection 3 a several times before it goes back to normal.

What I've checked:

• The internet works without fail on my phone. The problem is surely on this device.
  
• The wifi connection 3 thing on network and sharing center is the thing that always goes offline (has a red cross next to it)
  
• My intelligence... I'm pretty bad at computing so please explain this in steps.
  

I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to stop this inconvenience from occurring every 10-20 minutes, its really frustrating. I need to answer questions and get more reputation on writers SE .

Thanks. By the way, I ran a scan. Its not a virus or malware, whatever else it could be.
