Windows 10: Cant log in on windows ten

    Cant log in on windows ten


    So today I started up my win 10 pc and when I went to scroll up to get to the screen that allows me to enter my password the clock slid up but instantly went back to where it was before, I tried using my keys but it just refused to let me enter my password on the separate screen. I went through troubleshooting methods but non of them would help. I even tried factory resetting my computer but that would just end up saying error and that nothing was deleted. Is there anything I can do?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
